Today, we're going to talk about the three things that you need as a nonprofit fundraiser. This is a little personal to me and kind of some of the things that I've observed over the last 20 years of working for nonprofits. And it's really kind of centered around one idea. And the idea is that you need to be aware of momentum, how it develops, how to encourage it, and also how to work with momentum, whether it's momentum that you see with staff members, board members, donors, but to recognize that momentum is cultivated really by three main things.
